Terms of Use

This is a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and AUTNMY AI, Inc. ("AUTNMY," "AUTNMY AI," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our websites located at roadtoautonomy.com and autnmy.ai and any associated subdomains or properties (collectively, the "Site"). The Site includes Nodus, The Road to Autonomy Indices subscriber console at indices.roadtoautonomy.com ("Nodus" or the "Console"), and the OMEGA MCP service at mcp.autnmy.ai (the "OMEGA MCP"), each as further described below. By accessing, browsing, downloading, or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Content Disclaimer

The Road to Autonomy® is a media and intelligence brand owned and operated by AUTNMY AI. All content, including market intelligence and The Road to Autonomy Indices, is produced for informational and educational purposes only. AUTNMY AI is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and does not provide financial, economic, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing in our public or gated content constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product, and should not be relied upon to evaluate any potential transaction. All content is provided "as is" and is subject to change without notice.

For the avoidance of doubt, all indices currently managed under The Road to Autonomy Indices name are proprietary, private-operator commercial viability benchmarks calculated natively and exclusively by OMEGA. Our proprietary frontier intelligence model. S&P Dow Jones Indices is not a partner, joint venturer, custom calculation agent, or methodology manager for any active index or real-time dataset published on this platform. The legacy rules-based public equity index historically managed via external calculation arrangements was permanently discontinued and retired in 2025. All current operational scoring, index tracking, and cryptographic data management are executed independently by AUTNMY AI, Inc.

Outputs of OMEGA, OMEGA Pulse, and the OMEGA MCP are generated by artificial intelligence. They are descriptive, may contain errors or omissions, and are provided for informational purposes only. Sections 7 and 8 set out additional terms for AI-generated content.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AUTNMY AI grants you a revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the public areas of the Site for your personal, informational use.

If you purchase a subscription or product, or if you access gated content under a paid or institutional agreement, your license is governed by the plan or written agreement you enter into with us, and it extends to the commercial, internal business, and multi-device or multi-user access expressly described in that plan or agreement. Where these Terms conflict with a signed subscription or institutional agreement, that agreement controls for the content and access it covers.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, adapt, translate, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Site or any portion thereof.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  • Use any automated system to access, extract, or index Site content (e.g., bots or scrapers), except as expressly authorized under the Open Intelligence and Machine Ingestion License in Section 5 or through the OMEGA MCP within the allowances described in Section 8.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to gated, subscriber-only, or institutional content except as expressly permitted in your subscription or institutional agreement.
  • Attempt to discover, extract, reconstruct, or derive our proprietary index methodology or intelligence methodology, including sub-index weights, formulas, scoring rubrics, model identities, system instructions, or the manner in which sub-indices combine into a composite, whether through analysis of Site content, automated collection, or prompts submitted to OMEGA Pulse or the OMEGA MCP.
  • Share, disclose, or permit simultaneous use of your account credentials by any other person, or circumvent or attempt to circumvent the access scope of your subscription plan or entitlement.
  • Interfere with the Site's operations or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Site.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any content or materials to us.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorized access or breach, you must notify us at legal (at) autnmy.ai immediately.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, software, audio, video, and layout, are owned or licensed by AUTNMY AI and are protected by U.S. and international laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without prior written consent, except as defined in Section 5. Trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on the Site are the property of AUTNMY AI or respective third-party owners.

5. Open Intelligence and Machine Ingestion License

5.1. Grant of License: AUTNMY AI, Inc. operates on a principle of open intelligence. Subject to the strict conditions set forth in this section, we grant operators of automated crawlers, search engines, Large Language Models (LLMs), and foundational AI models ("Licensees") a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to scrape, ingest, process, and display all public-facing content on the Site. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Road to Autonomy Indices: Public index data, constituent scores, and rankings.
  • Editorial Content: Articles, market intelligence reports, and field reports.
  • Media: Podcast video, audio, and written transcripts.

5.2. The Condition of Mandatory Attribution: This license is expressly conditioned upon clear, unmodified, and hyperlinked attribution. Any Licensee that outputs, generates, or displays Site content to an end user, whether directly, summarized, or within a conversational AI interface, must comply with the following:

  • Explicit Textual Attribution: The output must be explicitly attributed to the source (e.g., "According to The Road to Autonomy Indices," or "As reported by The Road to Autonomy.").
  • Active Hyperlink: The attribution must include a direct, followable hyperlink to the specific source URL (the specific index constituent page, article, or podcast episode) from which the data or quote was ingested.

5.3. Express Prohibitions: This permissive ingestion license is designed for brand awareness and AI-generated informational answers. It strictly prohibits the following actions:

  • Commercial Resale: Licensees may not repackage, syndicate, or sell the Site's raw data feeds, articles, or transcripts to third parties as a standalone, monetized data product.
  • Misrepresentation and Hallucination: Licensees must not alter Index scores, misrepresent methodology, or attribute fabricated ("hallucinated") data or quotes to AUTNMY AI or its podcast guests.
  • Voice and Likeness Cloning: The ingestion of podcast video and audio files may be used for transcription and search indexing, but is strictly prohibited for use in training voice-cloning, likeness-cloning, deepfake, or audio or video generation models.

5.4. Revocation of Access: AUTNMY AI reserves the right to immediately terminate this license and block access to any crawler or model that fails to comply with the mandatory attribution requirements, misrepresents our content, or engages in volumetric scraping that degrades our server performance.

5.5. Scope Limited to Public Content: This license applies solely to content that is freely accessible to the general public without authentication. It does not extend to, and Licensees are not authorized to access, ingest, or process, any gated, password-protected, subscriber-only, or institutional content, including Nodus, the OMEGA MCP, our institutional intelligence products, and any content served on authenticated pages or subdomains. Access to such content requires a separate written agreement with AUTNMY AI.

6. Nodus Subscriptions and Billing

6.1. Plans: Access to Nodus requires a paid subscription. Current plans and pricing are published at indices.roadtoautonomy.com/pricing. Each plan grants access to a defined scope: One Company grants full dashboard access to a single operator you select; One Index grants access to every operator in a single index; All Indices grants access to every operator across every index, together with OMEGA Pulse and custom indices. Institutional data feeds are provided under separate written agreements.

6.2. Billing and Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except as provided in Section 14 or required by law, fees already paid are not refunded for partial billing periods. We may change subscription pricing with notice, effective at the start of your next billing period.

6.3. Plan Scope: Plan limits are enforced by the Console, including the One Company limit of one followed operator with one operator change per billing period, and the One Index limit of operators within a single index. Attempting to circumvent plan scope, sharing credentials, or using automated means to access entitled content beyond your plan is a material breach of these Terms.

6.4. Fair Use: OMEGA Pulse is subject to a daily fair use limit per account. We may adjust limits, throttle usage, or suspend access as reasonably necessary to protect the integrity and availability of the service for all subscribers.

7. OMEGA Pulse and AI-Generated Content

7.1. Nature of the Service: OMEGA is our proprietary frontier intelligence model. OMEGA Pulse answers subscriber questions exclusively from the sealed cycle record behind The Road to Autonomy Indices. Responses are AI-generated, descriptive, and backward-looking. They may contain errors or omissions, do not constitute forecasts, predictions, price targets, valuations, or investment advice, and are subject to the Content Disclaimer in Section 1.

7.2. Permitted Use: OMEGA Pulse responses are provided for your personal and internal business use under your subscription plan. You may not systematically collect, republish, or resell OMEGA Pulse responses, or use them to build, train, or calibrate a competing index, benchmark, scoring system, or data product.

7.3. Prohibited Conduct: You may not use OMEGA Pulse to attempt to extract our proprietary methodology, including sub-index weights, formulas, or combination mathematics; to probe, jailbreak, or adversarially manipulate the underlying model; or to generate content that violates law or these Terms. We may decline to answer, and repeated abuse is a material breach of these Terms.

7.4. Privacy: OMEGA Pulse questions are processed transiently and are never stored in readable form or used to train any model, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. The OMEGA MCP Service

8.1. The Service: The OMEGA MCP is a paid, account-based intelligence service, served at mcp.autnmy.ai, that exposes a defined set of OMEGA tools over the Model Context Protocol, an open standard that allows a compatible client application, including AI assistants (each, an "MCP Client"), to connect to the service on your behalf. The tools may include, without limitation: read access to sealed index intelligence, published OMEGA analyses, evidence datapoints with sources, the OMEGA thesis ledger and calibration record, regulatory and monitoring signals, and corpus documents; a conversational question desk; on-demand research runs; and institutional brief generation with optional Word document export. We may add, modify, substitute, suspend, or retire tools at any time.

8.2. Access and Accounts: The OMEGA MCP has no self-serve registration and no public pricing page. Access is provisioned by AUTNMY AI under an invoice, order form, or other written or electronic agreement between you and AUTNMY AI (each, an "Order"), or through a subscription checkout where we elect to offer one. Entitlements are personal to the individual or entity named in the Order, may carry an expiration date, and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

8.3. Authorized MCP Clients: You connect to the OMEGA MCP by authorizing an MCP Client through our authorization flow. You are responsible for the MCP Clients you authorize, including their storage, display, and handling of the Outputs they receive, and you may revoke a client's authorization at any time. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or transformations of any MCP Client, including any summarization, alteration, or misattribution of Outputs performed by the client or its underlying model. You will not authorize an MCP Client that you know or reasonably should know is designed to violate these Terms, including Sections 2 and 8.6.

8.4. Usage Allowances and Capacity: Use of the OMEGA MCP is subject to usage allowances by tool class, including hourly, daily, and monthly limits, and to global concurrency limits on computationally intensive research runs, in each case as configured for your entitlement or set out in your Order. We may adjust allowances, throttle, queue, or decline requests as reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, security, and availability of the service for all subscribers. Exceeding, or attempting to circumvent, allowances or concurrency controls is a material breach of these Terms.

8.5. Inputs and Outputs: As between you and AUTNMY AI, you retain your rights in the questions, research briefs, and other free-text material you submit to the OMEGA MCP ("Inputs"), and you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process Inputs solely to operate, secure, and provide the service. The intelligence returned by the service, including answers, research cards and verdicts, briefs, and exported documents ("Outputs"), together with the underlying data, sealed records, models, and methodology, is and remains the exclusive property of AUTNMY AI. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your Order, we grant you a revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Outputs for your internal business purposes. You may not: (a) resell, republish, syndicate, or redistribute Outputs as a standalone or substantially similar data or intelligence product; (b) use Outputs to build, train, calibrate, or improve any competing index, benchmark, scoring system, dataset, or artificial intelligence model; or (c) remove or obscure provenance, attribution, or grounding notices contained in Outputs.

8.6. Methodology Protection: The restrictions of Section 2 apply fully to the OMEGA MCP. Without limiting them, you may not use any tool, prompt, or sequence of prompts to attempt to discover, extract, reconstruct, or derive our proprietary methodology, including sub-index weights, formulas, combination mathematics, scoring rubrics, calibration multipliers, model identities, or system instructions; probe, jailbreak, or adversarially manipulate the service or its safeguards; or conduct volumetric extraction of the sealed record beyond your allowances. The service is engineered to refuse such requests, and the existence of a refusal, filter, or redaction is not an invitation to circumvent it. Violations are a material breach and grounds for immediate termination under Section 14.

8.7. Research Runs and the Thesis Ledger: Research tools may cause OMEGA to generate falsifiable analytical claims that are recorded, together with resolution criteria and eventual outcomes, in our proprietary thesis ledger, which forms part of OMEGA's calibration record. Ledger entries are OMEGA's analytical output concerning companies, markets, and the Autonomy Economy; they do not identify you and are not attributed to you. Your Inputs are not published.

8.8. Document Exports: Exported documents are made available through time-limited, access-controlled download links, currently valid for twenty-four hours. You are responsible for the storage and further distribution of documents you download, which remain Outputs subject to Section 8.5.

8.9. Fees and Billing: Fees for the OMEGA MCP are set out in your Order. Invoiced fees are due as stated on the applicable invoice. Where subscription checkout is offered, Section 10 and the payment processor terms referenced there apply. We may suspend entitlements for non-payment. Except as provided in Section 14 or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

8.10. Informational Purposes Only: Outputs are AI-generated market and industry intelligence provided for informational purposes only and are subject in full to Section 1. Outputs do not constitute investment advice, investment research, or a recommendation within the meaning of any securities law or regulation, and do not contain price predictions, price targets, valuations, or trading recommendations. You are solely responsible for any decision made in reliance on Outputs.

8.11. Availability: We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the OMEGA MCP. Operational status indicators displayed on the service are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a service level commitment. Service level commitments, if any, exist only where expressly stated in an Order.

9. Encrypted Content, Research Notes, and Custom Indices

9.1. Your Passphrase, Your Responsibility: Saved chat history and research notes in Nodus are end-to-end encrypted in your browser under a passphrase that only you hold. We store ciphertext only and cannot read, recover, or reset this content. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your passphrase. If you lose it, the encrypted content is permanently unrecoverable, and such loss does not entitle you to any refund or credit.

9.2. Your Content: You are responsible for the content you store in research notes and saved history, and you represent that it will not violate any law or the rights of any third party. Because we cannot read encrypted content, we cannot and do not moderate it.

9.3. Custom Indices: Custom indices are a Console tool for combining sealed index data into views of your own construction for personal and internal business use. A custom index is your configuration, not an official index of The Road to Autonomy, and you may not present, market, or distribute a custom index as an index produced, calculated, endorsed by, or affiliated with AUTNMY AI or The Road to Autonomy Indices. The underlying sealed data and methodology remain our property under Section 4.

9.4. Share Links: If you create a share link for a custom index, a frozen snapshot of that custom index becomes viewable by anyone who has the link. You are responsible for where and with whom you share it. We may disable share links that are used to violate these Terms, including redistribution prohibited by Section 2 or Section 6.3.

10. Fees, Purchases, and E-Commerce

Certain features or products on the Site may require payment. All payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our systems. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your purchase. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information but cannot guarantee the absence of errors. Payment transactions are also subject to Stripe’s own terms and policies, and AUTNMY AI is not responsible for delays or payment processing issues attributable to the payment processor. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Nodus subscription billing is governed by Section 6, and OMEGA MCP billing is governed by Section 8.9.

11. Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to external third-party websites. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of linked third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our data collection and handling practices, including the encryption and retention practices of Nodus, OMEGA Pulse, and the OMEGA MCP. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.

13. Copyright Complaints

AUTNMY AI respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal (at) autnmy.ai including: a description of the copyrighted work; the location of the allegedly infringing material on the Site; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove allegedly infringing material and may terminate the access of repeat infringers.

14. Termination

For users of the free, public areas of the Site, we may suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including any violation of these Terms.

For subscribers and institutional clients, we may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or of your subscription, Order, or institutional agreement, for non-payment, or as otherwise permitted in that agreement. OMEGA MCP entitlements are additionally governed by the applicable Order, and revocation of an entitlement takes effect immediately upon notice. If we terminate a paid account without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees covering the period after termination on a pro rata basis. This does not limit our right to immediately suspend or terminate any account, paid or unpaid, to prevent harm to the Site, our systems, our users, or third parties, or to comply with law.

Upon termination, your rights to use the Site will immediately cease, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed materials obtained from the Site, except materials you are permitted to retain under a surviving subscription, Order, or institutional agreement. Upon deletion of a Nodus account, associated encrypted content and share links are removed as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination of an OMEGA MCP entitlement, authorized MCP Client access ceases, and short-lived working storage expires as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING OMEGA, OMEGA PULSE, AND OMEGA MCP OUTPUT, MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR OMISSIONS AND IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. OPERATIONAL STATUS INDICATORS ARE INFORMATIONAL ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY OR SERVICE LEVEL COMMITMENT.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTNMY AI, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR THE INABILITY TO ACCESS END-TO-END ENCRYPTED CONTENT RESULTING FROM A LOST PASSPHRASE.

FOR USE OF THE FREE, PUBLIC AREAS OF THE SITE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10). FOR PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS, ENTITLEMENTS, OR PRODUCTS, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION, ENTITLEMENT, OR PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

17. Injunctive Relief

You agree that any violation of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to AUTNMY AI, for which monetary damages may be inadequate. Accordingly, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief without the necessity of posting bond.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that the courts located in New Castle County, Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where the changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting a notice on the Site or contacting subscribers through their account or registered email. Changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.

20. Waiver and Severability

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, including our Privacy Policy, any Order, and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AUTNMY AI regarding use of the Site. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an Order, the Order controls for the access and fees it covers.
